Total cycle time is the delay time plus the dwell time. At the completion of the dwell time,
the instrument will ‘chirp’ to signal the operator that the test cycle has been completed.
Press the TEST switch to initiate another test.
Displayed Messages
The following message is displayed when the IR test results in a DUT measurement that is
greater than the range of the instrument.
