Pre-charge capacitors low voltage alarm (Capacitors not charged):
Alarm code: 6
Alarm level: 1
Alarm cause: voltage level of pre-charge capacitors is less than 70 % of nominal
battery level. It could happen, for example, if the inverter is working with main
contactor open. Capacitors voltage decrease cause energy spent to keep motors in
motion.
In case of alarm follow this procedure:
1. Verify if the main breaker coil and power terminals are in good conditions;
2. Verify if the supply lines power fuse is damaged;
3. Verify if the main breaker coils are correctly wired to their correspondent inputs in
the 23-way connectors (see page 14).
4. If the main breaker coils are correctly wired to their correspondent inputs, replace
the main breaker;
5. If all the connections are good replace the AC-M1; the diagnosis shows that the
command is present, but no voltage is present on the coil terminals, or no voltage
appears on inverter DC bus .
Capacitors too charged at start:
Alarm code: 11
Alarm level: 1
Alarm cause: precharge capacitors voltage increases too fast when turning the
system on, or the main breaker off check fails.
If such alarm occurs, follow this procedure:
1. Check if the breaker contact is closed even if the key is off. If so, replace the main
breaker
2. If the coil is supplied simultaneously with the switch on of key (not delayed of 0,5-
1s), or a measurement with a tester shows an inverter voltage slightly different from
EyePlus, or the inverter voltage remains at low voltage after 2s from on, replace the
AC-M1.
Panel o vercurrent alarm:
Alarm code:
for drive motor power module: 8
for pump motor power module: 24
Alarm level: 1
Alarm cause: the actual current exceeds overcurrent limits, or the power module is
