Empty the grounds container.
Note: empty by removing the
drawer for at least 15 seconds
with the machine on. Alarm

the components.

Make sure the brewing group

the problem persists, contact

Run a descaling cycle.
The machine stops when
dispensing.

the minimum threshold.
Make sure the tank is correctly
assembled or ll with water.
The side door was opened
during dispensing.
Close the side door again.
Alarm 27 not on but
water missing.
Incorrect water reading in
the tank due to lime scale
inside the tank.
Thoroughly clean and
reassemble the tank. Run a
descaling cycle if needed.
Water erroneously poured in
the tank gap.
Remove the tank and
thoroughly dry its
compartment.
