7.4 Proving and defrosting functions
On pyrolytic models, the special defrosting and
proving functions are brought together under the
same function indicated by .
The choice of temperature determines whether
defrosting or proving takes place based on the table
below.
On multifunction models, it is not possible to vary the temperature in the
defrosting and proving functions.
