BRAKE
ADJUSTMENT

brake
lever
in
park
position.

nut

eliminate
clearance
between
brake
pucks
and
disc
then
back
off
one-half
turn.
This
provices
ap¬
proximately
.020"
running
clearance
for
brake
disc.

With
speed
control
lever
in
park
position,
pull
brake
rod
forward
with
10-20
lbs.
tension
and
tighten
brake
rod
nut
again¬
st
tubular
guide.
Continue
to
tighten
nut
two
additional
turns.
