The LS 40 drives are designed to drive all types of roller shutters, outdoor awnings without cassette

The LS 40 drives are desi

ned to motorise all types of:
– Window roller shutters with stackable slats which curtain can be li

ed at least by 4 cm when
an upward
f
orce o
f
150 N is applied to the bottom lath positioned at 16 cm

rom the

ully unrolled

t

on.
– Window roller shutter controlled by a control point without locking, installed within sight of closing
but away from moving parts and at a height of at least 1.50 m.
– Window roller shutter with an end closure zone located at a height in excess of 1.80 m from the
groun

or any permanent access

.

the roller shutter is equipped with openwork slats, a 5 mm diameter rod must not pass through
t
h
e openings.
– Outdoor awning with or without cassette. All shearing zones shall be protected or inaccessible e.g.
at a height ≥ 2.50 m from the ground or any other access level. There is no shearing risk with the
front rail when e.g. the front rail moves solely by gravity with a mass of less than 15 kg or it is pushed
with force less than 150 N.
– External vertical screen which
