Following flaps settings are defined on the S201:

The flap controller is powered from the main bus. The flap controller in turn
powers the flap motor, via a circuit breaker located on the instrument panel
(refer to paragraph 7.5). The Flap control necessitates a power up time of 11
sec. The Flap cannot be actuated during that period of time.
WARNING
The flap system becomes non-operational with loss of power to the main
bus. The main bus is powered by the Master Switch.
