2. Select a list, scroll to the number and press Green button (Call button) to dial the
number.
3. Press the Red button (End call button) or select Options (left selection key) > End call
to disconnect.
Receive or Reject a Call
When you receive an incoming call, you can choose to accept it or reject it.
Follow the instructions below to receive an incoming call.
Press the Green button (Call button).

Press Answer (menu key).
– or –
Press Options (left selection key) > Loudspeaker to answer the call in loudspeaker
mode.
Follow the instructions below to reject an incoming call.
Press the Red button (End call button).
– or –
Select Options (left selection key) > Messages to send the caller a message notifying
them of your unavailability.
Call History
Follow the instructions below to view the call and alert logs.
Select Menu (left selection key) > History and choose one of the following options.
Dialed callsview the list of outgoing calls
Received callsview the list of incoming calls
Missed callsview the list of unanswered calls
Call Logview the complete list of outgoing, incoming and unanswered calls
Clear log delete all the call log entries
Alert History view the Direct Connect alert history
