atings is a tool in the Remote Plus app, where clients send an in-the-moment
impression of their listening experience whether positive or negative. Ratings
your clients have submitted can be viewed in Unitron TrueFit or myInsights. If a
patient sends 3 negative ratings, a notication email will be sent to the provider.
This function can be turned o through the myInsights website.
