Self-Diagnosis Function
When the self-diagnosis function is activated to prevent the
player from malfunctioning, the “ERR” error code appears on
the front panel display indicating the cause.

AACS ERR AACS read failure.
tRemove the protected disc.

FLASH ERR
ROM ERR
tContact your nearest Sony dealer
or local authorized Sony service
facility and give the error code.
