If you're experiencing low or no sound on your Sony Conference System, there are several potential causes: * The system volume might be too low. Try adjusting it using the VOLUME +/– buttons on the Remote Commander. * The TV monitor volume could be set too low. Adjust the volume on the TV monitor. * The remote party's microphone may be off. Ask them to turn it on. * The audio input might not be selected correctly.
