  If there is no sound or the volume is very low on your Sony Conference System, there are several possible causes: * The system volume might be too low. Try adjusting the volume using the VOLUME +/– buttons on the Remote Commander. * The TV monitor's volume could be set too low. Adjust the TV monitor volume. * The microphone on the remote party might be off. Ask the remote party to turn on their microphone. * The “Mic Select” setting may not be configured correctly. Ensure “Mic Select” is properly set for the microphone being used. * The audio input might not be selected correctly. Set up “Input Select” properly. * The microphone or external equipment may not be connected correctly. Check all connections.
