The TV monitor volume could also be too low, so adjust that as well. Ensure that the microphone on the remote party is turned on. Also, check that the audio input is selected properly in the Audio setup menu, specifically “Input Select (MIC)” and “Audio Input” on the Basic Setup1 page. Finally, verify that the microphone or external equipment is correctly connected.
