      If you're unable to connect your Sony Stereo System to your home Wi-Fi network, consider the following: * Ensure you are using the 2.4 GHz (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n) or 5 GHz (IEEE 802.11 a/n) frequency band, as the unit doesn't support IEEE 802.11ac. * When setting up the Wi-Fi network with the SongPal app, first connect your smartphone/iPhone to the Wi-Fi network you intend to use. * If a LAN cable is connected, disconnect it and restart the unit. * Confirm that your wireless router is powered on. * Position the unit and wireless router closer to each other. * Adjust the Wi-Fi antenna. * Try turning off the wireless router/access point, waiting briefly, and then turning it back on. * Power off the unit, wait, and then power it on again.
