  Several factors could be at play. First, ensure that the channel setting on both the transmitter and the tuner are the same. Check if the RF indicator on the tuner is on, and if not, confirm that the transmitter is turned on. If you installed or uninstalled the tuner module while the MB-X6/SRP-X500P was on, turn off the MB-X6/SRP-X500P and then turn it back on. Verify that the transmitter is on and transmitting signals, and if the signal is weak, try reducing the distance between the transmitter and the tuner. Check that the compander mode setting on the transmitter matches the tuner. Finally, make sure the transmitter is not muted by pressing the POWER/MUTING button on the transmitter.
