Warnings
This manual is one of the key items supplied with the burner and shall be delivered to the user.
The information contained in this document are intended for both the user and the installation technician and maintenance manager.
The user needs to know not only how to use the burner but also the usage restrictions, so be sure to read the contents of this manual.
Keep this manual to use it as a burner operating instruction.
1) General
All devices shall be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with the current technical standards and the manufacturer's instructions
A qualified professional is a person who has technical knowledge about the components of a home or industrial heating system,
and is a service center approved by the manufacturer for individual devices such as hot water generators.

Before cleaning or service operation, turn off the main power using the switch or the provided short circuit.
Make sure the inlet or exhaust vents are not covered.
When operating a broken or defective part, disconnect the part. Do not attempt to repair the part or do any direct action. Only qualified
professionals can take measures.
Parts shall only be repaired by the service center and shall be checked along with the original parts by the manufacturer according to the
proper procedures. If you fail to follow these instructions, the safety of the parts may not be guaranteed. In order to verify the efficiency of
the device and to operate it properly, it is important that maintenance be carried out by qualified professionals regularly in accordance with
the manufacturer's instructions.
If you decide not to use the device anymore, eliminate the hazardous factors from areas with a hazard.
If the device is sold or moved to another user, or if the original user needs to move or leave the product, ensure that these
instructions are always with the product so that the new owner or installer can refer to it.
For all products that have been modified or reflected additional matters, accessories specified by the burner manufacturer shall
be used.
This product shall be applied for the intended use. It is dangerous if it is used for a purpose that is considered inappropriate. The
manufacturer is not liable for any injury resulting from improper installation and use without consent and failure to comply with
technical standards.
2) Special Instructions for the Burner
Burners shall be installed in a suitable combustion chamber.
Only burners designed according to current technical standards shall be used.
This burner shall be adapted for the intended use.
Before connecting the burner, ensure that the fuel (gas or oil) and electrical specifications meet the actual supply specifications.
Comply with precautions on the burner parts. These are usually located near flames or fuel preheating systems, become hot while the
product is running, and remain hot for a while after the burner is shut down.
If you decide not to use the burner anymore, the user shall request the qualified professional to perform the following operation.
a) Remove the power supply by disconnecting the burner's power cord.
b) Close the manual shutoff valve to stop the fuel supply, and remove the operating lever on the manual shutoff valve.
Special Precautions
When installing the burner, ensure that the burner is securely fixed to the boiler, drying furnace, etc. so that the flame is generated in the
combustion chamber of the boiler.
The following operation shall be conducted by a qualified professional before the burner is operated and at least once a year thereafter.
a) Set the burner fuel consumption to match the heat input requirements of the boiler, etc.
b) Set the combustion air so that combustion performance is at least above the minimum level of current standards.
c) To prevent harmful or contaminated fired combustion gases from being generated above the current regulations, ensure the proper
combustion during the burner operation.
d) Check that the control and safety devices are working properly.
e) Check that flue gas duct operates properly to discharge the combustion by-products.
