f) After the commissioning adjustment is completed, check whether it is mechanically fixed to prevent changes in the control settings.
g) Keep a copy of the instructions for use and maintenance of the burner in the boiler room.
If the burner loses power continuously, stop manually resetting the part. Have a qualified professional look for and correct such defects.
Parts shall meet the current technical standards and shall only be operated and serviced by the qualified professional.
3) General Guidelines for Fuel Use
Electrical Connection
For safety, the parts shall be effectively grounded and installed in accordance with current safety regulations.
It is very important to meet all safety requirements. If you have any doubt, please consult with a qualified electrician for proper electrical
checks.
The manufacturer is not liable for any injury caused by improper grounding of the device.
The professional of the field shall check whether the maximum power supply capacity exceeds the power specification on the burner's
nameplate and the thickness of the power supply cable is sufficient for the maximum current value of the burner.
For all electrical parts, some basic rules like below examples shall be followed.
Do not touch wet parts or work barefoot.
Do not pull on electrical cables.
Do not leave the device exposed to the weather (rain, direct sunlight, etc.) unless the storage conditions are clearly stated.
Children or inexperienced persons shall not be allowed to use the device.
The input cable shall not be replaced by the user. If the cable is damaged, turn off the power and let a qualified professional replace it.
If the product becomes unavailable, turn off all power components of the system (pumps, burners, etc.).
General Ignition Using Gas, Diesel, or Other Fuels
Burners shall be installed by qualified professionals and comply with current regulations and supply. Improper installation can lead to
injury of people or animal and property damage, in which case the manufacturer is not legally responsible.
Before installation, it is recommended to carefully clean the inside of all fuel supply system pipes and remove any foreign matters that may
hinder the burner operation.
Before ordering a burner, a qualified professional shall check the followings.
a) Check that the fuel supply system is properly sealed.
b) Check that the burner output adjustments are set for the heat input requirements.
c) Check that the fuel supply pressure is within the supply pressure range indicated on the burner nameplate.
d) Check that the pipe diameter of the fuel supply system is sufficient for the burner capacity and that the system has safety and control
devices that meet the current technical standards.
If the burner does not start even after continuing attempts, the fuel supply valve shall be closed.
Special Instructions on Gas Use
A qualified professional shall check the installation and confirm the followings.
a) Gas supply lines and gas trains shall comply with the technical standards in effect.
b) Tighten all gas piping connections.
c) In order to check the air supply required by the installation standard, open the boiler room vents to ensure adequate ventilation for
proper combustion.
Do not use gas piping for grounding.
Do not leave the gas valve open with the burner connected when not in use. Be sure to close the gas valve.
If a user is away for a long time, close the main valve of the gas supply pipe to the burner.
Precautions to Take upon Gas Leak
a) Do not operate electrical switches, telephones or any other parts that may cause sparks.
b) To purge the combustion chamber, open doors and windows immediately to allow fresh air.
c) Close the gas valve.
d) Contact a qualified professional.
To prevent danger of toxic substances and explosive mixtures, etc., do not block the ventilation openings where gas appliances are
installed.
