ASSEMBLE THE BASE
1. Attach the top base (1) to the bottom base
using the bolts (B4), washers (B2), and
nuts (B3).

1. Identify the top (3) and bottom (2) pole
sections.
2. Mark 4-5" (10-12.7 cm) from the top of
the bottom (2) pole section.
