PREPARE THE BASE FOR THE WHEELS
2. Secure the cross member (13) to the front struts (4) using the bolts (W1), washer (W3), and nuts
(W2) through the bottom set of holes.

ASSEMBLE THE WHEELS
1. Insert the axle (14) through the wheel bracket (10).
2. Secure the wheels (7) to the axle (14) using the push caps (W9).
3. Tap the push caps (W9) onto the axle with a hammer or mallet.
