ASSEMBLE THE WHEELS
4. Secure the hinge tubes (15) to the wheel bracket (10) using the bolts (W8) and nuts (W2).
IMPORTANT
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. NOTE THE ORIENTATION OF THE TUBES (15) WITH THE SHORT ENDS UNDER THE
WHEEL BRACKET.
