• Check the ½” drain line is unrestricted and direct to tank, back pressure will lead to
premature failure
• Ensure top oil is not contaminated
• Bleed the air from the circuit to help the filling
• Turn on the system for a few moments at a minimum speed
• Check the tank oil level
• Gradually increase the pressure and speed of rotation up to the pre set operating
level
Monitor the returns filter pressure
Fitted to motor body to prevent
lubrication escaping.
