1. Power off library
2. On the installed LCM, remove SD memory card cover
3. Eject card by pushing on the card until it clicks and is released from the slot
4. Install the new memory card into the LCM by pushing card into slot until it clicks
5. Replace memory card cover
6. Power on library
7. Calibrate front panel according to on-screen instructions
8. If available, restore saved library configuration and MLM/DLM database from USB
flash drive
Insert USB flash drive into LCM USB slot
In BlueScale, login as superuser/administrator, navigate to and run the
following utilities:
Maintenance > Utilities > Show Advanced > Next > Restore Library
Configuration from USB > Select > select configuration file to restore from drop-
down list > Run
Maintenance > Utilities > Show Advanced > Next > Restore MLM Database
from USB > Select > select database file to restore from drop-down List > Run
Remove USB flash memory device from LCM
If a saved library configuration is not available, the customer must
manually reconfigure the library (reference T50e User Manual)
9. Create an Auto-support Log File (ASL) and forward to Spectra Technical Support
Obtain permission from customer prior to performing this step
ASL’s do not contain sensitive customer information such as passwords,
encryption keys etc.

10. Old memory card can be discarded/destroyed
