wait 30 minutes and turn on again with a
lower consistency level

• Temperature inside the tank is too
high
• Reconnect probe
• Turn off the appliance and wait a few
minutes for the temperature of the
system, which has been raised by
washing with hot water, to decrease

• Tank probe short-circuit • Replace probe

• Mix temperature too low • The amount of mix in the freezing
cylinder is too small, top up the top tank
or open mix flow tube
