The place for storage shall be clean, with the ambient temperature of -40…80°C and the relative humidity of not
exceeding 100%. There shall be no hazardous substance in the air which causes corrosion, with good ventilation.
8. Warranty
During the term of the supply contract, if energy meters are found to be unqualified for the technical requirements, the
manufacturer will fix or replace it according to the contract under the condition that users perform operation
according to the requirements of the manual and the manufacturer's seal is intact.
9. Troubleshooting
The energy meter has the function of automatic detection. When it is found that the LCD shows the following
information, or the LCD shows that the automatic detection information is abnormal (such as absent or lack of
characters, etc.), please inform the manufacturer.
When the LCD displays all, individual character
appears to be blank, incomplete or unclear, or pulse
indicator blinks, but the LCD does not display.
The LCD display is abnormal: please notify the
manufacturer or agent to replace the LCD.
No display on LCD, and the pulse indicator does not
blink.
1) Check whether the wiring is correct or not.
2) Check whether the voltage falls inside the
operating range.
The LCD display is normal, but the pulse indicator
does not blink when consuming the energy.

2) The current of energy consumption is less than
0.4%Ib.
