4. Functionality
4.1 Metering
4.1.1 Energy metering
DTS27 three-phase energy meter is capable of measuring the active energy, and the details as below:
1) Active energy:
The energy meter is capable of measuring the active energy of the total and each individual phase, and the energy
of the total for all three phases includes the energy of each individual tariff rate. Active energy category includes:
Import active energy
Export active energy
Combined active energy (import + export)
Combined active energy (import -export)
Note: The number of decimal place of the energy can be set, by default, it has no decimal,please refer to
section 5.3 for more details.
4.1.2 Demand measuring
1) Import, export active demand as well as the active demand of each tariff rate, the meter is capable of
measuring the monthly maximum demand and its occurrence date & time.
2) When the meter runs to the monthly scheduled time, the monthly maximum demand is transferred and
