2. Place the two halves of the plastic cover around the spool and snap the two sides
together.
3. Move the assembled plastic cover in towards the column and carefully hook the
tabs on the top of the plastic cover into the slots on the column.
4. Press the plastic cover down towards the base and snap the tabs on the plastic
cover into the holes on the column and the base. (gure 21)
