Your bread might collapse due to uneven or rapid rising caused by excessive moisture, too much liquid or yeast, or high humidity and heat. To prevent this, use flour stored in an airtight container and measure liquids accurately using measuring cups. Remember that dough rises faster on hot and humid days.
