12. Reinstall the left foot pedal and bar assembly (12a). Reinstall
the right foot pedal and secure it with the 1/4-20 bolts removed
in step 6 (12b). Be careful not to overtighten bolts.
13. Align the brake toggle actuator over the mounting holes
in the foot control bar and secure it with the 1/4-20 bolts
removed in step 5.
14. Make sure that the right guide pin on the brake toggle actuator
is engaged in the track of the right hand lock guide.
