Fault descripon Cause Remedy
The device cannot reach all
spots.
The water circuit of the pool is
switched on.
Switch o the lter system of
the pool.
The device becomes stuck on
the drain grate.
Switch o the lter system of
the pool.
The device does not
completely move up the wall.
The lter is clogged. Clean the lter.
Algae grows on the walls. Clean the pool walls.
The water temperature is too
high or too low.
Operate the device at water
operang temperature (see
secon "Technical data").
The res or the cleaning roller
is/are worn.
Check the res and the
cleaning roller for wear and
replace them if necessary.
The device is too light and
topples.
Switch o the device and let all
the air escape.
