Speed limiting device prevents the throttle full
opening even at the throttle lever arm full
movement.
To adjust the device:
1. Ease off the locknut.
2. To increase the engine power and remove
the speed limit of the vehicle category T3b
turn the adjustment screw (2)
counter-clockwise.
To reduce the engine power and the speed limit
of the vehicle category T3b turn the adjustment
screw clockwise.

The speed limiting device and throttle position
misadjustment may cause the throttle wire
cable damage or its malfunction. In this case
you may loose control of the vehicle and cause
an accident or become injured. Do not unscrew
the speed controller by over 12 mm to prevent
the throttle wire cable damage. It is necessary
to control the throttle lever free stroke at all
times. It shall be 3–5 mm.

The throttle mechanism failure makes it
difficult to accelerate and slow down the
vehicle category T3b. This may cause an
accident. Prior to starting the engine, check
the throttle lever arm operation. If the throttle
movement is not smooth find the reason and
eliminate the problem.
