Transmission gear oil replacement
To drain the transmission oil from the transmission
gear:
● Park the vehicle on a flat horizontal surface.
● Start the engine and warm it up to the working
temperature (70°) during 3-5 minutes.
● Place the used transmission oil collector tray
under the transmission gear.
● Unscrew the bolt-plug (1) to drain the oil.
● Unscrew the drain magnetic bolt-plug (2) for oil drain
from the transmission gear crankcase - drain the oil.
1. Bolt-plug for oil filling.
2. Bolt-plug (magnetic) for oil draining.
● Clean the magnetic bolt - plug for oil draining from
metal chips and dirt.
Contamination indicates a transmission gear fault.
Check the transmission gear in the repair workshop
to correct the fault.
● Replace the sealing ring on the magnetic boltplug
for oil draining, if it is damaged or has lost its
elasticity.
● Screw the bolt-plug for o il draining into the engine
crankcase.
The bolt-plug tightening torque: 15 Nm
● Add about 400 ml of transmission oil into the
transmission gear filler port.
The transmission gear recommended lubricant:
transmission gear oil
SAE75W90 API GL-5
● Fill up some transmission oil into the transmission
gear till it starts spilling from the filler port of the
transmission gear.
● Screw the bolt-plug for oil filling into the engine
crankcase.
The filling bolt-plug tightening torque: 15 Nm
