SHOCK INSULATORS ADJUSTMENT
Front and rear shock insulators adjustment
It is possible to adjust the spring preliminary
compression to the driver weight and the road
conditions.
Adjust the spring preliminary compression value as
follows. To increase the preliminary load, ease the
locknut with a special wrench, turn the adjustment
nut clockwise, and tighten the locknut. This will make
the suspension more rigid. To reduce the preliminary
load, ease the locknut with a special wrench, turn
the adjustment nut counter-clockwise, and tighten
the locknut. This will make the suspension less rigid.
1. Spring stiffness adjustment nut.
2. Locknut.
