Fuel
Oil in the front

● Check the fuel tank level. If necessary fill up the recommended fuel type.
● Check the fuel pipes for leakage. If necessary, correct the fault.
● Check the oil level and, if necessary, fill up to the recommended level.
● Check the vehicle category T3b systems for oil leakages. Correct the fault.

● Check the cooling agent level in the expansion tank and, if necessary, fill up the recommended
cooling agent to the indicated level.

the hydraulic system bleeding.
● Check the brake pads for wear, replace them, if necessary.
● Check the brake fluid level in the tank and, if necessary, fill up the recommended
brake fluid to the indicated level.
● Check the hydraulic system for leakage. If necessary, correct the fault.

Prior to every vehicle category T3b operation check its condition and its mechanisms operable
condition. Follow all the instructions on the vehicle category T3b check and maintenance,
observing the regulation provided in the Operation Manual. Otherwise, the accident or equipment
damage likelihood increases.

Foot brake
● Check the operability If the drive is too light or “cotton”, contact a repair workshop
for the hydraulic system bleeding.
● Check the pedal free stroke, adjust it, if necessary.
● Check the brake pads for wear, replace them, if necessary.
● Check the brake fluid level in the tank and, if necessary, fill up the recommended
brake fluid to the indicated level.
● Check the hydraulic system for leakage. If necessary, correct the fault.
● Make sure that operation is smooth. If necessary, lubricate the wire cable and control
elements.
● Make sure that the wire cable is moving easily, if necessary, correct the fault.
● Make sure that operation is smooth. If necessary, lubricate it.
● Check the wheels condition. If necessary, replace them.
● Check the tyres condition and the tread depth. If necessary, replace them.
● Check the tyre inflation pressure. If necessary, correct it.

● Check them for damage and fractures, if necessary, replace them.
● Make sure that all the nuts, bolts and screws are tightened as required.

brake lights and indicators. If necessary, correct the fault.
● Make sure that the accumulator battery is charged and connected correctly
