Why is the motion of my StepperOnline DC Drives motor erratic?

  If your StepperOnline DC Drives motor exhibits erratic motion, several factors could be responsible. A weak control signal could be the cause, so try strengthening it. Interference in the control signal could also lead to erratic motion, so eliminate any interference. Verify and correct motor connections. Inspect and repair or replace the motor coil if there are any issues. If the current setting is too small, which leads to losing steps, increase the current setting.

  If the StepperOnline DC Drives is in fault, check and correct the DIP switch current setting. Also, there could be something wrong with the motor coil, so inspect and repair or replace it.
