Press a button on the mini wireless remote control. This
transmits data to the device. The red LED confirms that the
key information has been transmitted to the device.
You can switch the appliance heating system to OFF using the
mini wireless remote control. Press and hold the "-" button
for ≥3seconds. Press any key to switch it back on.
If the battery is empty, follow chapter "Troubleshooting/ Mini
wireless remote control battery replacement".
4.5 New/ Additional programming unit learning
The DHEprogramming unit allows you to operate the device re-
motely (for wireless remote controls, see chapter "Installation/
Accessories"). Encoding prevents the transmitters of third party
appliances changing the settings.
Obstacles can affect the transmission path between device and
programming unit.
You can perform the programming unit learning as follows:
Using the programming unit built into the instantaneous
water heater, open the "Service/ Wireless/ Log on other
wireless subscribers" menu item.
Open the "Service/ Wireless/ Log on programming unit"
menu item on the programming unit to be learned.
Press the "OK" button on the programming unit to be
learned.
4.6 New mini wireless remote control learning
You learn the mini wireless remote control as follows:
Using the programming unit built into the instantaneous
water heater, open the "Service/ Wireless/ Log on other
wireless subscribers" menu item.
Press the mini wireless remote control "+" button for 3sec-
onds (learn process is acknowledged by the red LED).
