6. Troubleshooting
The appliance will not start despite the
DHW valve being fully open.
There is no power. Check the fuses/MCBs in your distribution board.
The aerator in the tap or the shower head is
scaled up or soiled.
Clean and/or descale the aerator or shower head.
The water supply has been interrupted. Vent the appliance and the cold water inlet line.
When hot water is being drawn off, cold
water flows for a short period.
The air detector detects air in the water. It
switches off the heating output briefly.
The appliance restarts automatically after 1minute.
Temperatures >43°C. Dynamic anti-scalding protection is activat-
ed.
Dynamic anti-scalding protection automatically ceases 2minutes after
draw-off has ended.
The appliance does not respond to the
mini wireless remote control, the red LED
illuminates on the mini wireless remote
control.
The mini wireless remote control is not reg-
istered to the device.
Register the mini wireless remote control again.
The device does not respond to the mini
wireless remote control, the red LED
illuminates on the mini wireless remote
control only faintly, or not at all.
The mini wireless remote control battery is
empty.
Replace batteries.
The temperature cannot be increased.
"MAX" appears in the status bar.
Temperature limiting maximum is enabled. Disable Maximum.
The flow rate is too low. ECO function is enabled. Disable the ECO-function by tapping the symbol once.
The water temperature varies. The wellness shower program is enabled Disable the wellness shower program.
An incorrect function is called when you
tap the display.
Display not calibrated correctly. Calibrate the display (see chapter "Function descriptions", "Settings/ Pro-
gramming unit/ Calibrate Touch-Display").
There is no display on the touchscreen or
it responds to user inputs only slowly.
Incorrect programming unit function. Isolate the appliance from the voltage supply for 20seconds.
