Source Min
The heat source is monitored via the source outlet temperature. If the message Source min. appears in
the message list, the heat source must be checked. The switch-off value of the heat source can be set in
the heat pump manager.
15.6
Diaphragm expansion vessel (MAG) Heat source leaking
If the diaphragm expansion vessel on the brine side leaks, the antifreeze content of the brine liquid must
be checked. Pressure specifications should be calculated specifically for the system. Please refer to
chapter 9.4 of the operation and installation manual.
• Incorrect pressure maintenance can lead to the seals being pulled in. Here, a calculation is
absolutely necessary to avoid further leakage.
• If the brine concentration is too low (<25%), it must be corrected.

Pressure monitoring
Unit housing
The heat pump is equipped with a fan for venting the housing. If the unit is opened during operation or is
leaking, a pressure monitor switches off the heat pump. Make sure that the fan creates a negative
pressure of > 50 Pa. The pressure box switches off the heat pump < 20 Pa.
After opening the heat pump, the housing seal should be checked and replaced if necessary.
16. Testing components
16.1
Internal circulation pump
The volume flow is automatically controlled by the heat pump manager. Manual adjustment of the
circulation pump is possible, via the spread control in the parameter Commissioning / Heating.
The internal pump has a positive interference behaviour; without a PWM control signal, it operates at
maximum speed (100%). If the voltage signal is measurable when the PWM pump plug is removed and
collapses when it is plugged in, there is probably a fault in the pump electronics.
