If no voltage can be measured, the voltage signal at the connector of the MFG board (X70 1-3) and the
wiring must be checked. A bent PIN in the plug socket (PWM input) of the pump may be the cause.
16.2
Internal heat source pump
The volume flow is automatically controlled by the heat pump manager. Manual adjustment of the heat
source pump is not possible.
The internal pump has a positive interference behaviour; without a PWM control signal, it operates at
maximum speed (100%). If the voltage signal is measurable when the PWM pump plug is removed and
collapses when it is plugged in, there is probably a fault in the pump electronics.
If no voltage can be measured, the voltage signal at the connector of the MFG board (X71 1-3) must be
and the wiring must be checked. A bent PIN in the socket (PWM input) of the pump may be the cause.

Temperature sensor
The connected temperature sensors are PT1000 sensors; an interruption is indicated in the display of the
control unit is displayed with "---".
A test is carried out by measuring the resistance value at the currently prevailing temperature, the
connecting cables, plug-in and clamp connections are to be included.

Pressure sensors
The pressure sensors in the refrigerant circuit connected to the WPM operate with a value of 4-20mA, a

and check for plausibility. The values displayed in the controller are absolute pressures. Display values during

or interruptions. If the sensor values change abruptly, the wiring or the sensor is defective.
