19. Maintenance
The units have a hermetically sealed refrigeration circuit. The annual maintenance period is not only
limited to newly constructed units but also to existing units and depends on the CO2 equivalent. The
obligation to comply with the leakage checks lies with the operator of the unit. A double logbook
obligation applies: the company carrying out the leakage test must fill in the logbook at the customer's
premises and keep the same at the company for at least five years. According to the F-Gases Regulation
EU No. 517/2014, this looks as follows for the units:
