15. Further notes on troubleshooting and fault rectification
15.1 Reset control unit (FES)
If display problems occur, the EEPROM memory of the control unit can be deleted.
To reset the control unit, the following steps must be carried out.
• Briefly interrupt the power supply to the control unit
• Connect the power supply to the control unit, the start screen is displayed.
Keep sensor field "OK" pressed while the start screen is displayed
• After a successful reset, "EEPROM RESET TERMINAL" is displayed.
• Release the "OK" sensor field. The EEPROM reset is now complete
15.2 Reset Heat Pump Manager (WPM)
Via "START-UP / RESET SYSTEM" the heat pump manager can be reset to the delivery state.
The code "7777" must be entered for this purpose.

All settings and the set heat pump type "WPF MFG" are lost!
