Disconnecting the spring hand guard of hand guard
- Remove the E-clip from the cam
lever pivot pin.
- Disconnect spring from the cam
lever. Pull the cam lever off the
pivot pin.
- Remove the spring.
- Clean all disassembled parts in
white spirit. Replace any worn or
damaged parts.
- Push the cam lever onto the pivot - Position bearing boss of hand
pin and secure it with the E-clip. guard against the pivot pin and fit
the other side of the hand guard
- Attach the spring to the cam over the handle housing.
