- Operation: The trimmer is held with both hands, with the right hand on the control handle and the left hand on the loop handle. Mowing is performed by swinging the trimmer in an arc. When using a metal cutting attachment, mowing is done with the left-hand side of the attachment.
- Line Feed (AutoCut Mowing Head): The AutoCut mowing head features an automatic line feed mechanism. Tapping the rotating mowing head on the ground advances approximately 30 mm of fresh nylon line, which is then trimmed to the correct length by the line limiting blade on the deflector. If the automatic feed fails, the lines can be manually pulled out after shutting off the engine and depressing the spool.
