What to do if my Stihl FSA 130 Brush Cutter cuts out during operation?
    • L
      Lisa StevensAug 15, 2025
If your Stihl Brush Cutter cuts out during operation, it could be due to the brushcutter being too hot, so allow the brushcutter to cool down. Another cause could be an electrical fault. In this case, pull the connecting cable plug out of the socket and plug it in again and switch on the brushcutter. If the brushcutter continues to cut out during operation: Clean the contacts of the connecting cable as described in the STIHL AR battery’s user manual or in the user manual for the “AP belt bag with connecting cable.”
