Mounting the Bike Handle
N Hold the lower clamp (1) and upper
clamp (2) firmly together.
N Loosen the clamp screw (3) – the
clamp moldings are loose once the
clamp screw has been loosened.
They are pushed apart by the two
springs (4 and 5).
N Pull out the clamp screw – the
washer (6) remains on the screw.
N Separate the clamp moldings – the
springs (4 and 5) remain in the
lower clamp.
N Place the handlebar (4) in the lower
clamp molding (1) so that
distance A is no more than 15 cm
(6 in).
N Place the upper clamp molding (2)
in position and press it down.
N Insert the clamp screw (3).
N Line up the handlebar (4) at a right
angle to the drive tube.
N Tighten down the clamp screw (3)
firmly.
N Take out the screw (5), the nut (6)
remains in the control handle (7).
N Push the control handle onto the
handlebar (4) until the holes (9) line
up – the throttle trigger (8) must
point towards the gearbox.
N Insert the screw and tighten it down
firmly.
N Go to "Adjusting the Throttle Cable".
