Preparations
N Switch off the trimmer.
N Disconnect the plug from the wall
outlet.
N Turn the trimmer on its back.
Removing Remaining Nylon Line
In normal operation, the supply of nylon
line in the head is used up completely.
Removing the Spool
N Hold the housing (1) steady.
N Press in the tabs (2) and remove the
cover (3).
N Pull the spool (4) out of the housing.
Installing a New Spool
N Use nylon line with a diameter
of 1.4 mm.
N Thread the ends of the lines through
the openings (5) in the housing (1).
N Place the spool (4) in the housing.
N Press home the cover (3) until both
tabs (2) engage with a audible click
