: Unscrew the clutch from the
crankshaft in the direction of the
arrow (left-hand thread).

: Take the cover washer (1) (where
fitted) off the crankshaft.

: Use hook (2) 5910 890 2800 to
remove the clutch springs (1).
Pull the clutch shoes off the
carrier.

: Pull the retainers off the clutch
shoes.

Clean all parts in a little standard
solvent-based degreasant
containing no chlorinated or
halogenated hydrocarbons,
b 13.
Replace any damaged parts.

Install in the reverse sequence.
Important:
Clutches marked 1125/01 an the
carrier must be installed without
cover washer.
Clutches marked 1127/00 on the
carrier must be installed with cover
washer.
: Carefully clamp the clutch in a
vise.

: Attach one end of each spring (1)
to the clutch shoes.
: Use the hook (2) 5910 890 2800
to attach other ends of springs
and press them firmly into the
clutch shoes.
