21 Troubleshooting Guide
1030 – Hood fault
Check hood, Then press
OK
No hood detected. ► Check hood (movement, firm seating) and
confirm the message with OK.
1120 – Hood blocked
Check hood, Then press
OK
Permanent collision detected. ► Free the robotic mower, remove the obstacle
or change the routing of the perimeter wire if
necessary.
► Confirm the message by pressing the OK
button.
► Check movement of the hood and confirm the
message by pressing the OK button.
1125 – Remove obstacle
Check wire routing
Perimeter wire routed inaccurately. ► Check the routing of the perimeter wire and
check the clearances using the iMowRuler.
1130 – Stuck
Free iMow, Then press
OK
– Robotic mower has become stuck.
– Drive wheels are spinning.
► Free the robotic mower, level out the mowing
area or change routing of perimeter wire if
necessary.
► Clean the drive wheels, if necessary prevent
operation during rain.
► Confirm the message by pressing the OK
button.
1131 – Stuck See message 1130. ► See message 1130.
1135 – Outside
Place iMow in mowing
area
The robotic mower is located outside the
mowing area.
► Return the robotic mower to the mowing area.
1140 – Too steep
Check wire routing
Tilt sensor has detected slope exceeding 22°. ► Change routing of perimeter wire and block
off areas of the lawn with slopes exceeding
22°.
1160 – Handle actuated
Press OK to release
The robotic mower has been lifted by a carrying
handle.
► Confirm message by pressing the OK button.
1170 – No signal
Check perimeter wire
signal
– No reception of wire signal during operation.
– The robotic mower is located outside the
mowing area.
– Docking station or electronic components
were replaced.
► Check the power supply to the docking
station.
Check the LED on the docking station. The
LED must glow red during operation.
► Return the robotic mower to the mowing area.
► Link the robotic mower and docking station.
