Use STIHL press fluid to simplify
assembly, b 13
: Push the grommet (1), tapered
end first, into the hole.
: The flange (arrow) must locate
properly in the hole.
: Push the filter housing with stop
buffer (1) onto the boss (arrow).

: Place the filter housing (1) in
position
make sure the wiring
harness (2) and fuel hoses are
not pinched.
: Push the filter housing (1) onto
the studs.
: Insert and tighten down the
screw (1) firmly.

: Insert and tighten down the
screw (1) firmly.
: Starting at the ignition module,
attach the ignition lead (1) to the
guides (arrows).
Position the ignition lead so that it is
not kinked at the ignition module
and not under tension.
Install the baffle, b 9.2
: Fit the fuel hoses (1) in the
guide (arrow).
