  If the stairway or A-frame of your STINAR Lifting System won't raise, several issues could be the cause: * The fluid level in the hydraulic reservoir might be low; if so, fill it to the proper level with the specified fluid. * There may be leakage in the hydraulic lines or fittings; inspect these and tighten or replace them as necessary. * The pressure relief might be set too low; adjust the pressure relief per Section 3. * There could be a control valve defect requiring repair or replacement. * A hydraulic pump problem may also be the cause, requiring repair or replacement.
