Q What if my robot vacuum cleaner is not cleaning, or cleans poorly?
A Ensure the machine is turned on. Failing that, ensure the dustbin, filters,
air outlet unit, and Velcro mop are all clean and free of buildup.
Q My robot vacuum cleaner does not charge automatically, why?
A Ensure that there are no obstacles or barriers close to the docking station to
prevent access (refer to prior Instructions).
Ensure the power adaptor is properly connected to the docking station,
and the blue light on the docking station is flashing to show it is in charging
mode.
If the battery power is still too low, charge it directly by connecting the
power adaptor directly to a power outlet.
Use the remote controller to let the cleaner go back to the Docking Station.
Q The robot vacuum cleaner stops working, but does not show an error code?
A Contact your After Sales Support Customer Service Hotline. Do not try and
fix the machine yourself at the risk of rendering your warranty invalid.
Q Why has my robot vacuum cleaner fallen down the stairs?
A The cause maybe dirty ground detection sensors. Clean these by wiping
them with a dry cotton swab or a dry soft clean cloth.
